Buying with Hoobuy: ordering, QC and delivery.
Keep the product link and chosen option together. You pay for the goods first, check the arrival in the warehouse, then choose and pay for the international parcel.
1. Open the product in Hoobuy
Copy the seller’s link from your shortlisted item. Paste it into Hoobuy’s search field, open the result and compare the imported title, photos and available options with the seller page.
If the link does not import, use the help or manual-order route shown in your account. Do not choose a similar result without checking that it is the same item.

2. Select the option and pay for the goods
Choose the size, colour, model and quantity. Read the full order amount, including domestic delivery and any applicable service or payment charge. Check the seller’s dispatch and return conditions before submitting.
An order note can prevent a substitution: “One black jacket, size L. Please confirm the chest measurement; do not substitute another colour.” Save the seller link and selected option for the warehouse check.
3. Follow the purchase and warehouse arrival
Watch the order record for purchase, domestic shipping and receiving updates. A seller’s dispatch time and the warehouse processing time are separate. If a status is unclear, ask through the order’s support route and include the specific action you need.
4. Check the QC photos
- Compare the item, colour, size label and quantity with your order.
- Inspect the front, back, seams, fastenings and any printed details.
- Look for visible marks, missing pieces or damage.
- Ask for a specific close-up or measurement if a question is unresolved.
- Raise a mismatch before arranging the international parcel.
QC photos show visible condition; they do not authenticate an item or test hidden materials and performance. Check the current account options for included photos and additional requests.

5. Choose packaging and shipping
Select the items you want to send together. Read the route’s accepted categories, destination coverage, weight basis and protection terms. Batteries, liquids and fragile goods can require different handling or may be excluded.
Compare measured and volumetric weight, where the line uses them. Removing a retail box may reduce volume but also removes protection or packaging you wanted to keep. Use the current quote for your chosen parcel.
International freight is a separate payment. Destination tax, duties or handling charges may still apply; read the line terms and your destination’s rules.
6. Track delivery and keep the evidence
After dispatch, follow the parcel record and carrier tracking. A label being created does not mean the carrier has collected the parcel. For a prolonged delay, ask support to identify the last physical scan and the next investigation step.
Keep the order details, QC images and parcel records until the purchase is resolved. Read the claim procedure before opening a damaged delivery, as the carrier or agent may require specific photographs or an unboxing recording.
